About Uludag Grill

History

When the first Doener store opened in Germany is unclear. However, it is clear that Uludag Grill has started its success story in 1994.

In Germany in the early 1970s, the meat cut from the roast cone was no longer offered with side dishes only on a plate, but alternatively in a flatbread and thus also to as a take away food item.

Doener has been established in almost all European countries since the 2000s.In Germany, Doener Kebab is not only offered as a dish with rice and salad, as is customary in Turkey, but also with french fries and various sauces.

The Uludag products differ mainly in the high-quality ingredients and in the preparation of the individual essences in the dish. Dishes are being prepared with a lot of love and experience, the guest can convice himself how delicacy tastes like.

Above all and thanks to the passion for preparing delicacies and loving nature, the owner has now developed the dishes from the Uludag Grill into true works of art.
